This notice describes the Runda public site, free Paper mode, and paid monthly Live service when available. Public examples use illustrative data and do not connect a visitor to a broker account.
  • Google and Firebase identity data, including a Google account identifier and basic profile information such as your name, email address, and profile image, which may be provided during sign-in.
  • Essential session data used to authenticate you and isolate your Paper workspace from other users.
  • Contact, support, subscription, and transaction metadata you provide directly or that payment and service providers return to us.
  • The policies, parameters, exact versions, approvals, pauses, emergency stops, and resume decisions you author.
  • Alpaca connection metadata, encrypted OAuth credentials, account-binding identifiers, positions, orders, activities, balances, and reconciliation facts needed to operate the selected Paper or eligible Live service.
  • Audit events, incidents, delivery state, diagnostics, and security telemetry needed to explain decisions and recover safely.
  • A notification address and delivery metadata only if notifications are enabled later.
  • Device, browser, IP address, request, security, and diagnostic data generated when you use the service.
Data is used to authenticate you, connect the account you choose, provide Paper or separately activated Live execution, process subscriptions, validate and execute your approved rules, reconcile broker facts, show product state, prevent duplicate or unauthorized actions, investigate incidents, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.Google Sign-In data is used only to authenticate your Runda account, protect access, and isolate your Paper workspace. Runda does not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or other Google service content.Runda does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use broker data to choose investments for you.
The service uses Google Cloud and Firebase for application infrastructure and identity, Alpaca for the brokerage connection, and may use payment, support, and transactional email providers when those features are enabled. These providers process data to perform services for us under their own terms and privacy commitments.We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, in connection with a business transfer, or with your direction or consent.
OAuth credentials are designed to be stored in Secret Manager or envelope-encrypted with Cloud KMS. Full broker account identifiers, credentials, authorization headers, cookies, and protected strategy payloads are not intended to appear in customer-facing URLs or application logs.No system can guarantee absolute security. The service uses tenant isolation, server-side authorization, immutable approvals, idempotency, and fail-closed recovery to reduce risk.
Operational and audit records are retained only as needed for the service, safety, dispute resolution, legal obligations, and reliable recovery. Disconnecting requests credential revocation and durable deletion of stored broker credentials; some audit records may remain where needed to preserve security and transaction evidence.Deletion requests may be sent to hello@sqncs.com. The response will identify any information that must be retained and why.
You may disconnect Alpaca, cancel a Live subscription, or request access, correction, or deletion by using available product controls or contacting hello@sqncs.com. Disconnecting or canceling billing does not itself delete every audit or transaction record.Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, including the right to know, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information and to appeal a denied request. We may verify your identity before completing a request.
The authenticated service may use essential session storage or cookies for sign-in, security, and continuity. The public site is not intended to use advertising or cross-site behavioral tracking.
The product is not directed to children and is intended only for adults legally able to use an options Paper account. Availability may be limited by location, provider rules, or law.
